Sender Identities define the human-readable display names and email addresses from which your messages are dispatched (e.g. 'Alex from MailSend <alex@mailsend.dev>').
Sender identities must belong to a verified domain in your active workspace. MailSend automatically validates domain alignment before sending.
Default Senders & Custom Reply-To
You can assign a Default Sender for your workspace that will be fallback-selected whenever an email dispatch request does not explicitly specify a From address. Additionally, you can configure custom Reply-To headers for support or billing queues.
